Houston Property Tax Shield ("we", "us", "our") provides digital property tax protest evidence reports for Harris County (HCAD) and Brazoria County (BCAD) properties in Texas. Reports are delivered electronically as PDF files immediately upon payment confirmation.

2. No Legal Advice

Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, appraisal services, or tax advice. Houston Property Tax Shield is not a licensed appraiser or attorney. Consult a qualified professional for legal or appraisal guidance.

3. All Sales Final

Due to the immediate digital delivery of property tax data and report content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated or downloaded. Please review our free case-strength preview before purchasing.

4. Download Expiration

Your download link is valid for 7 days from the time of purchase. After expiration you may contact us at info@houstonpropertytaxshield.com to request a replacement link.

5. Acceptable Use

Reports are licensed for your personal use in connection with your own property tax protest. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of report content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Houston Property Tax Shield's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the report at issue ($49).
